Fun Friday: If you could meet anyone in the world, who would you want to meet and why? What two things would you ask this person and why?

I actually don’t know who I want to meet. There are so many inspirational people. I don’t really feel the need to talk to anyone, and waste their time with me asking them questions. If I really have to pick someone, it would probably be Tortik Annushka. I don’t think anyone will know him. He is an amazing cake designer from Moscow. He makes really modern, geometric cakes, and all his works are super clean and sharp (something that I struggle with). As someone who’s really passionate with cake decorating, I feel like I can learn a lot from him. I will ask him how he makes his signature concrete/ popcorn ceiling like finishing to the outside of his cakes. I will also ask him what it takes to have a successful cake business.
